A few months ago I was beginning to get really frustrated with everything.
You see, I am living with a rare condition that has caused me to lose mobility.
Thank you, God, for my weekly infusions. But just the infusions are not enough because, without physical and occupational therapy, it is a challenge to gain mobility.

So I have been meditating to get help with receiving physical and occupational therapy from home. as it is much easier that way because COVID-19 still exists in the hospitals and clinics.

Then one day my doctor finally found an agency that was willing to accommodate my needs. All I needed was for a professional to assist me in getting a jump start in strengthening my muscles, and the appropriate exercises for me to able to do the things I need to do in my life independently.

Doing all of this has brought my spirits up so high. When there is a will, there is a way! Never give up on life. I wanted my mobility back and it is happening now!!!! Excellent agency! Thank you!

Every morning from the moment that I open my eyes, I begin exercising and I find all types of excuses to do more throughout my day. I feel amazing and I see a physical difference going on the outside of my frame. I am shaping up nicely. Lol!
