I was introduced to The Secret by my Reiki teacher in 2008, and I effectively used The Secret to manifest the destiny of my choice. I moved to the city of my choice, got married to the person I loved the most, had a good salaried job, and had a baby when I desired it the most. However, I had so much in life that I started taking life for granted and thus lost the essence of The Secret.

I started having a tough time at my job. I started feeling insecure and unhappy, and then I decided to take charge of the situation. I got in touch with my Reiki teacher, who again emphasized the fact that your thoughts create your destiny, and it is in your own hands to feel elated or devastated. I subsequently found a copy of The Secret at my colleague’s office, and I started reading it again. With every page, I started feeling more happy, composed, and in charge of my own destiny.

So now I am coming to my story: Yesterday I got a call from my office at the hotel where I work. I was told that there was a lady who was terribly upset as one of the employees accidentally entered her room, and hence, we had to waive the entire charge. She wanted to speak to someone in management, or else she would take this matter very seriously.

This morning, I kept calling her, but she did not take my calls. I even left her a message, but it was in vain. Then I thought, why not apply The Secret to this situation?

I came back to my office and wrote in my diary, “Thank you so very much, Universe. I spoke to Ms ____, and she was very understanding about the whole incident. I have written an apology email inviting her back to the hotel. Thank you, thank you, thank you.” Simultaneously, I drafted an email saying, Dear Ms ___, It was a pleasure speaking to you a while ago. Thank you for your understanding.

After completing the email, I saved it in my drafts. The moment I saved the email, I got a message from the guest to call her at 5 p.m. When I called her, although she was obviously upset with the incident, she was very understanding that, at times, things were not in my control. After speaking to her, I emailed the draft email as it is written.

After this, I very gratefully thanked the Universe for reassuring me that the law of attraction can never go wrong. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The power of The Secret can help us get whatever we want, the way we want. We only need to have complete faith.
