My wife and I were visiting the pink city of Jaipur in Rajasthan as tourists, and our friend suggested that we visit the Amagarh Leopard Safari. My wife booked tickets for a ride starting at 3:30 p.m. I was a bit skeptical as animal sightings are better early in the mornings. After riding in the park in a jeep for 3 hours with a guide, we saw birds, buffaloes, nilgai, and a lot of pug marks but no leopard. I looked up in the sky and asked the Universe for a leopard sighting and thanked the Universe from the bottom of my heart. The safari ended and the guide offered to drop us off using the same jeep at the bottom of the hill where we would get an Uber taxi. We started to leave and just as we headed out of the park, we saw a medium-built leopard on the left of us, running away.
