I had returned from France during the time of the Covid pandemic. I was in a position where I was studying, and then I started to look for a job. Once I had given my final paper, I decided to go for an internship. I did secure an internship but it didn’t end well, but what happened next was a true miracle.

I had posted my resume on portals and I wanted to get a job in a particular stream. After a couple of days, I decided to simply wait and I didn’t even go out for any interviews. I had attended a couple of online interviews and that was it.

Then there was a function in my house and on that day I got a call from a person. They said a position is open and they were offering a salary that would include a lot more benefits than I was expecting to get. After 4 rounds of interviews, I was selected by the team and I secured the job. Then my relatives were asking me why I did not look for a job other than BPO. I did not say anything to them. I worked for a year and then I was told to come down to the office, and I was relocated.

Once I relocated, one of my managers asked if someone was interested in a mentor role and I decided to apply. I got the position but then there were a couple of issues. I thought this was temporary and then, out of the blue, a position opened up for an in-house BGV role and the manager asked me if I was interested. I said yes, I will go, and in one day I was transferred to the BGV which is where I have been working for the last 9 months.

So the point of my story is that no matter what other people say or think, it does not. You need to have faith in the Universe and believe in the Universe.

To go back to my story, my mother was a witness who was shocked! She was shocked that with my grades, I landed a position that no one would have dreamed that I could have gotten.
