I am a true believer in The Secret as unknowingly, I have manifested my husband, my daughter, and my country.

I was in Canada to study in January 2020 when COVID entered our lives. My husband and 5 year old daughter were back in India and were supposed to come to Canada in March 2020. But suddenly due to COVID, flights worldwide had come to an indefinite halt. I went into depression with the thought of not knowing when I would be able to meet and hug my family. I entered into the darkest phase of my life and my husband and I decided that we are the only ones who can turn this around and motivated me to start practicing the teachings of The Secret. I knew that it was the only way I could survive alone in Canada so I ordered the book and started reading and practicing gratitude.

I stopped reading the news or talking to people who would feel sad for me as my family was away from me. I began to work on manifesting my flight back to India and celebrating my birthday with my husband and daughter and I got tears imagining myself hugging my family. I even packed my bags and only kept stuff out that I needed for daily use. At the time, I had no idea how I was going to be with my family, I only knew and visualized celebrating my birthday with them.

Then at the beginning of May 2020, the government of India started a mission to reunite people stuck abroad with their families in India. It was then that I knew that every second the Universe was working for me. I started writing in my gratitude journal that I would be on the first repatriation flight from Toronto to New Delhi and would safely reach my home in New Delhi.

One week later I called the Indian Embassy in Canada and explained to them my situation, and low and behold they offered me a seat on the first flight from Toronto to New Delhi! It was still in discussion as to which date it would be scheduled.

Long story short, I celebrated my birthday with my husband and daughter with all the gratitude I had in my heart and the faith that the Universe is truly working for me and with me.
