My entire 13 years plus of work experience has been full of so much struggle, inconsistencies, instabilities, rejections, failures, gaps, and mistakes. It has affected me and my family in every way. Even though I have tried to apply The Secret principles to it with all my might, I have still ended up attracting a lot of negativity.

Coming back to the now and today. I was recently unemployed again for the last 8 months and it was nearly a mind numbingly impossible task for me to find a job! I would sit day and night and just apply like a maniac for all kinds of jobs but I had no luck. Only brutal rejections. To make things worse, I hit rock bottom when my husband also lost his job. We barely had any savings. We were living hand to mouth. My panic attacks worsened. I thought this was it. This is the end. But I kept reading and watching The Secret. Even my own family members did not believe in me and told me that I won’t get a good job and I would have to start from scratch. But I believed in myself even though all odds were against me.

Today I met two wonderful entrepreneurs who have hired me with less than I wanted but still a decent salary. They have assured me that I will get paid more if I perform well in the future. I feel so relieved and a bit more relaxed now. And I will keep on focusing on effortlessly attracting a better income into my life.
