I had heard of The Secret but its power has only been introduced to me by a friend last year. She gave me a copy of the book, The Secret. And I started reading it. I also watched The Secret movie and I played and read them over and over again.

This year, through The Secret Super App, I wrote down my desires. These desires seemed to be impossible to meet but they were in my heart.
First, I got the promotion, the higher pay grade, and the salary that I asked for. It was a 3 year prayer but it was only when I started to be more grateful that it came to me in a really flawless, effortlessly manner.

Then I asked for a partner to manifest. He came. And then he left. He left me broken. More broken than I had ever been. But in my brokenness, I remained grateful, saying my affirmations and being thankful for what I had. Today, I got the closure I have wanted. It was the peace of mind I had been wanting. And it happened because I listened to the nudge of the Universe.

I look forward to being more sensitive to these nudges by the Universe. I believe we are all bound for greatness and happiness once we open ourselves up to it. So I will be building new desires because I know the Universe and God are making them into reality.
