On a recent visit back to my family in England I shared The Secret with my son-in-law. He is a teacher at a local school. He was due to have the usual ‘end of term’ meerting with the principal and I suggested that we close our eyes and visualize the meeting with the principal praising his ability and deciding to give him a £5,000 per year raise. We sat down and visualised together the whole meeting and felt extreme excitement when we ‘saw’ the principal announce the news.
Eventually the ‘real’ meeting took place. My son-in-law was amazed when the principal told him that he was so pleased with him that he had decided to give him a £4,000 raise!! AS it says in the movie ‘do you think we said ‘this doesn’t work because we asked for £5,000?’ No way – we celebrated big time. Thank you for The Secret!
