My story is not about attracting anything particularly extraordinary; however, it is the way that it made me feel that was extraordinary. In particular, it offered me two things: it taught me how to attract things so as to receive them in the fastest manner possible and that the law of attraction is a real notion that has a real, tangible, physical influence over the Universe.

Less than a year ago, I was sitting down on a step along Darling Harbour, waiting for my friends because we were going to have dinner. It was sunset, and everything around me was beautiful. First of all, let me just say that I had no intention of attracting anything in particular; I had just let my mind wander.

A random song popped into my head, and it was Coldplay’s ‘Princess of China’. Of course, I have no personal or emotional affiliation with it but recently, for some reason, I started liking it.

So, I listened to every detail of the song in my head: the melody, the harmony, and the song structure. As a music student, this was especially easy for me. I got goosebumps when I got to the bridge of the song because, to me, this was one of the loveliest parts. I was in a state of concentration and focus. Everything around me was beautiful. I was happy and at ease as I was listening to a song that I really liked.

Of course, when it was time to meet up with my friends, I got up and walked along the harbor. As I was walking along, less than 2 minutes after I got up, there it was again! Coldplay’s ‘Princess of China’ was playing from the bridge too!

I stopped in my tracks. I could not believe it. There were people walking around me, so I walked towards the restaurant that was playing the song and listened to it until the song ended.

There they were, people walking past me and not paying any attention to the beauty around them and the brilliance of their day. And there I was so happy because that moment was mine and no one else, even as I write this, could possibly imagine how I felt that day unless they have experienced it through the same means that I did, and that evidently, Rhonda has so many times.

I think it was the simplicity of it all that made it so magical. Take a breath, relax, and feel whatever it is that you want inside you. Use all your senses. Feel the textures, taste the sweetness, see the colors and detail, smell the roses, and hear the melodies.

Of course, one could say that it was a coincidence. But what do we say about coincidences? The Universe is never so lazy.

So my teacher is very important to my family and to me. He stopped talking to me because I made some mistakes. So, I thought I would not be able to pursue my art anymore because if my guru was not with me, I would not be able to do it alone. So, I knew about the law of attraction, and I started applying it, and I had firm faith in it. I thought that if I thought positively, then my guru would forgive me and would decide to teach me again. I am very much attached to him as he was the one who introduced me to pursuing music professionally. If he was not going to be there for me, I did not know who else would guide me.

So then we finally had a talk, and he decided to help and support me,
and take me back into his school.

I started redesigning my life and setting goals for my betterment, not only on the outside but on the inside as well. I started seeing myself at the place I wanted to be, and here I am now, at the best engineering college in London. A rank holder with 97.87 percentile in the 12th board examination and I also started pursuing music as my passion. On the inside, I started doing meditation and positivity bloomed inside me.

The Secret changed me totally. It has the power to change the way you look and interpret things. It can convert one’s life to something better than you would have ever imagined. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Before this great event, my life was a real disaster made up of unhappy events. I suffered everything from family bereavements to personal health problems.

After reading The Secret in 2015 I completely changed my life:

First, after a long unemployment period of 7 years and without actively searching for a job, I received a job offer in the same previous working sector that I was in, IT, which was already quite unusual given my long period of absence from the work scene. During that 7 year period I had lived as a poor man without any subsidy. I had only my very small savings, and I lived only with my private house but I was without a car in the countryside. And believe me, it were really a very hard life.

Then after a few years from that event of being hired, I went from a low entry level salary to reaching a high salary far above the average in my country.

Very recently after a very long “period of silence” in my music hobby that lasted about 25 years, I launched my channel @piumadacciaio on YouTube, and in a few weeks I achieved unexpected results. This is my current achievement. I want officially thank Rhonda Byrne for her revelations. Thank you very much, friends! With your support, the channel surpassed 3,000 subscribers in less than a month, a result I didn’t expect when I started composing meditative music for fun rather than my beloved electronic music. Since I was a child, I’ve always had vivid dreams that have come true in reality. I couldn’t explain this phenomenon, which caused me much pain and turned me into a negative person. However, about 10 years ago, I stumbled upon a TV show about string theory and energy vibrations, which made me realize that I could change my life for the better.

Fast forward to 3 years later. I decided to make some significant changes in my life. I started exercising and got in shape. I also became more open and secure about being gay. I even drew a picture of the kind of man I was looking for in a partner. But old habits die hard, and my negative thinking patterns returned. This led to me losing stability at work and losing my friends, and I started drinking heavily. Despite these setbacks, I found hope in new and amazing friends who kept me going and helped me have many amazing adventures.

Fast forward to another 2 years. I went back to college and started dating guys. On the surface, things were going well, but I still hated myself, which was reflected in my drinking and behavior.

Then in May of the following year, everything came to a head. I hit rock bottom and knew I had to change. I stopped drinking, started hiking, and stopped trying to date. In June, I finished my first year back in school with great grades, got a new job, and met the man of my dreams.

Our relationship started with a magic filled weekend, and the magic never seemed to stop. We had some bumps along the way, but we always got through them with love and laughter. Unfortunately, my old belief that “it is too good to be true” came crawling back, and after a few months, my man left me.

I was devastated, and for a few weeks, I could not get his words about something called the law of attraction out of my head. He had told me to watch “The Secret” before, but I had put it off. Now, in my misery, I watched “The Secret” just to feel closer to him.

Within minutes of starting the film, my whole being felt better. After watching “The Secret” for weeks on end and reading “The Secret” book, “The Power,” and “Ask and It Is Given,” I understood what I had done with my negative feelings and the power of my feelings in general.

Now I am practicing The Secret, and my life is so much better. The Universe was always trying to get me back on track all the time. All I ever had to do was let it. I have changed all my negative environments into positive ones. Now I am healthier and wealthier. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I also know my man is coming back to me. I just have to have faith, visualize my desires, and feel positive about them. Remember to ask, believe, and allow the Universe to bring you all the dreams you desire. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Finally, I got my Zumba certification and started teaching elsewhere. Two years later a manager from that gym I used to go to texted me out of the blue and asked if I would like to take over the Zumba classes there! I was shocked as I did not even have to ask for the job, it literally came to me!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am so grateful and every time I dance there I feel like I am living my visualization and it just feels incredible!
