This is happened to me before I watched ‘The Secret’, but after I watched it I was able to see the connection between the events of my life and the reason why they happened.

In April of 2006 I started looking for a condo to purchase, around the May-June timeframe, my real estate agent took me to see this one-bedroom condo one afternoon. The moment I walked through the door and saw that place, filled with golden afternoon light, I KNEW I was home. The problem was that the place was priced $150K beyond my price range.

However, the feeling was so strong and I felt so happy whenever I thought of it that whenever I thought of the whole process of buying a home and how happy I’d be living in my new place, I’d think of that apartment. Whenever I saw other apartments, I compared it to the one that had caught my imagination.

To make a long story short, by the time I made an offer to this place in September, the place had gone down in price enough for me to buy it, and when escrow was done, the escrow company gave ME money back!

After seeing ‘The Secret’ I saw the connection: I saw the place I wanted, I KNEW in my heart that this was that place for me, I saw myself in it every time I thought of my home and I felt happy whenever those thoughts filled my mind.

It was the Law of Attraction at work!
