I am a non smoker and in the past few days, I had been smelling weed or cigarette smoke. Honestly, I do not even know the difference. But it was wafting into my apartment from my neighbor’s place. I did not deal with this issue earlier as it seemed their parents had come to visit earlier. I expressed my gratitude for fresh air through my apartment windows.

Today I saw that the apartment was empty and it seemed like my neighbors had vacated the place. I wish them well and I am grateful that I will not have to smell the smoke again. Similarly, there was always broken glass on the street every day as well as homeless people’s tents on my way to the office. I wished that the streets would be cleared up and that the homeless people would get houses to live in. Recently they have taken away the tents and are finding homes for the people and the streets seem to have been cleaned up. I am so grateful for that! I wish to make a move to my dream city, New York City, and I know everything will fall into place.
